CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS EUROPEAN JOURNAL FOR THE STUDY OF THOMAS AQUINAS
It is a jointinitiative of the Thomas InstituutUtrecht (NL), the Faculty of Theology of Nicolaus Copernicus University ofToru (PL), the Saint Thomas Aquinas Institute for Theology and Culture of theFaculty of Theology (ISTAC) of the Universityof Fribourg (CH). EJSTA is the continuation of the Jaarboek of the Thomas Instituut Utrecht (Tilburg University, TheNetherlands, published since 1981).
The journalpublishes articles that are relevant to the Thomist ressourcement taking place at its founding institutions, withemphasis on the distinctly theological character of Aquinas works, includinghis Biblical commentaries. The EJSTA welcomes all scholarly contributions(written either in English, German, French, Spanish or Italian) that aredirectly or indirectly related to the study of Thomas Aquinas. Its aim is todisseminate the ongoing research done at its founding institutions as well asto provide a platform for other scholars in the field, inside and outside ofEurope. Publications in the journal are of high academic quality and eitheradvance or accurately evaluate present debates in the study of Aquinas. Allarticles are subject to double-blind peer review. Accepted articles are publishedin open access at no charge to the author.
Articles received before 1 February 2019 will be considered forinclusion in the first issue. The word count should not exceed 9000, footnotesincluded. Shouldyou think a longer article is appropriate please contact us before submitting your contribution. A style sheet is available to prospective authors.
